Below, our team will tell you about the process of ordering goods on our website and about delivering goods to customers.

We ship goods from Europe (EU). If goods are sent to EU countries, customs clearance is excluded. If goods are sent to other countries outside the Eurozone, then the parcel will pass through the Customs of the destination country and this may take some time, so please bear this in mind when ordering goods.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods + packaging weight. We have no additional hidden fees for arranging delivery, surcharges for the high speed of processing your order, etc.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery time for goods. This is due to the production of goods and the complicated logistics chain of delivering goods from Russia to the customers. After paying the order, your parcel will be collected in Russia and transferred to our postal operator in the Eurozone country. You can check with us for approximate delivery times when placing your order by email or phone. Our contacts are listed at the bottom of each page of the site.

Order processing time:
Our team works from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
After placing an order, you will receive our response within 1 day.
After receiving your order, we reserve the items from your order for 3-5 days.
After payment, we transfer your order for assembly and delivery throughout Russia within 7-14 days.
After completing customs procedures, your order is sent to the destination country within 7-14 days. At this stage you will receive a tracking number for monitoring the parcel.


Return policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can easily write us an email describing why you want to return goods and it will be great if you attach some photos of goods, or a parcel or other photos to clear the situation.

Each package of goods contains a return address (sender's address). In the case that you need to return items, please contact us by email first. After contacting us, we will send you instructions for returning goods.
Once we receive the items back, we will issue a refund. You will receive a refund using the same method you used to make the payment.
Return of goods and delivery charges are at the buyer's expense. We are not responsible for risks arising during the return delivery of goods from the buyer to the seller. All returned items must be in the original packaging, if present. We do not issue refunds for items that are damaged, lost, or used as a result of being returned to the seller.
